In this introductory class, guests will learn about that rich history and the hallmark styles of the various prefectures throughout the island through an information session and comparative tasting of Sencha, Matcha, and Houjicha. This introductory class is great for those looking to explore Japanese tea for the first time or understand the various styles of Japanese tea.
The class is 90 minutes long and features an info session, tasting, and a small dessert pairing.
