Day 6. I helped prepare for a group tea ceremony happening tomorrow. Many of the surrounding Chado (way of tea) instructors gather once a month for a large version of tea ceremony. I was invited to join them. There is a good chance I will be wearing a kimono. There is a better chance a picture will end up on the internet. Stand by.

But really, as my trip progresses, the greatest joy is spending time with people. The citizens of Japan are truly wonderful. Kind, patient, and always laughing. I am honored they have invited me into their world. Most grateful.

See you tomorrow.
