Winter is here. To celebrate, we are launching a brand new tea:
This shaded tea is harvested using the stems from our ayame kabuse and kabuse leaf. Deep and savory with a sweet finish and a notable chewy mouthfeel (from the cellulose contained in the stems!). A great everyday tea/ alternative to pricier gyokuro.
