Kettl heads to Japan this week for our spring buying trip. We will be visiting new producers and sourcing some very exciting new teas. We will update the site daily with photos, video and exclusive content. Things we are looking forward to: Behind the scenes at Kyushu’s tea auction, harvesting on site in Yame, boutique black tea production in Kagoshima, Spring matcha in Uji, a restaurant pioneering an iced gyokuro tasting menu and of course, interviews with artisans.
